The company has set up a specific technical service center to provide customers with technical consultation, guidance and training, etc. The technical service center has a group of experienced technicians who can solve all kinds of difficulties related to the bag filters for the customers and provide perfect technical service. The following technical services will be free of charge, unless specified otherwise.
（I）Before-Sale Technical Service
1.Technical Consultation The technical service center of the company (Seller) answers technical questions related to the project free of charge, recommends solutions suitable for the customers' condition, and tries best to provide various kinds of technical information that is helpful to solving the customers' problems. Based on the requirement, the technical service center can also send technician to provide on-site technical guidance, and seller will bear all the travel costs.
2. Providing Technical DocumentsBased on the customers' request and related engineering design requirement, the company will provide the technical specifications and technical description and information and drawings of the machines, and the technical service center of our company is in charge of providing detail explanations for the above documents.
（II）Technical Service after Signing Contract
1. Providing Detailed Technical Documents
After signing contract, seller provides the customer and related design unit with detail technical specifications and information and drawings of the machines as well as machinery load and basic dimensions and parameters for civil design, drawings of electric equipment, material and purchased parts list of all equipment, wearing parts and spare parts list, installation drawings of equipment, instructions of operation and maintenance, test certificates of manufacturing of all equipment and other –documents specified in the contract.
2、On-site Technical Services
During engineering design period, our company will send technicians to the project site or designated unit to provide technical service at any time based on the technical demand and customer's request. During the period of installation, commissioning and acceptance, the company will send specialized technicians to the project site to provide technical guidance, detail explanation for operation, system maintenance and notes, and warmheartedly answer technical questions which the customers are concerned about. As for the problems which needs attention for the use, the technician from the seller will provide solutions timely.
During the period of equipment manufacturing, providing support for installation, commissioning and acceptance, the company will provide technical training to the customer's technician. The training will cover related knowledge for operation, running and maintenance of the equipment, and will also include teaching the technician of the buyer about how to supervise and inspect the quality of manufacturing and installation of the equipment as well as how to conduct the performance test of the equipment. Depending on the training contents, the training location can be construction site, equipment manufacturing factory, and technical center of our company or the unit using the equipment. The Seller will provide technical information, drawings and other necessities for training. All expense of the technician of the seller will be paid by the seller.
（III）Commitment for After-Sale Service
1. Warranty Period
The warranty period of the seller's equipment is 12 months starting from normal running and acceptance of the equipment. During warranty period the technician of our company will visit the customer on a regular basis, and will arrive at the application site to solve the problems of the equipment within 24 hours after receiving repair notice. In case of quality problems arising from the equipment itself and the parts, the seller is liable to solve these problems free of charge. In case of quality problems caused by the buyer, the seller is liable to solve these problems, and buyer will bear the cost of material and parts.
2. Long-Term Technical Service
In order to ensure the seller's equipment in a constant good working condition, the company will provide the customer with long-term free technical service after warranty period. All users and their machines list will be compiled into customers' archive of our company, accessing long-term free technical service system. The technician of our company will arrive at the application site to resolve the problems of the equipment within 24 hours after receiving repair notice, and the seller will visit the customer on a regular basis to check the operation condition of the equipment and to hear the opinion and request of the customer. During the operation period of the equipment, the seller will actively support the customer to solve all kinds of technical problems while using the equipment, and provide the customer with up-to-date technical information for use and help the customer with technical transformation.
3. Spare Parts
The wearing part for the normal operation of the bag filter is the bag. In case of parts replacement arising from the equipment quality, the seller is liable to provide them free of charge. Beyond the warranty, the seller promises to provide the parts to be replaced with the most favorable price in a long time. Besides, we ensure that all the parts are high quality products and are tested strictly.
